Due to the immediate access and nature of digital media, all sales are generally final once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

If you experience a critical issue with your order, you must contact us within 1 day (24 hours) of your purchase to be eligible for a refund review. Requests made after this 24-hour window will be automatically declined.

Refunds or replacements within the 1-day window will strictly only be granted in the following situations:
